Cedar Creek SS and Rathdowney SS Administration Office Infill project

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of new administration spaces to Cedar Creek State School and Rathdowney State School located at 1A Chardon Bridge Rd, Cedar Creek QLD 4207 and 139 Mount Lindesay Hwy, Rathdowney QLD 4287 respectively.

Works involved are as follows:

CEDAR CREEK SS

• Construction of new administration offices in an existing wing of the school’s Multipurpose Hall space.

RATHDOWNEY SS

• Demolition of existing water tank stand adjacent Block A
• Construction of new administration offices by partially infilling the undercroft space of the school existing Block A.
• Complete external repaint of Block A including necessary preparation of painted surfaces.
• Refurbishment of 1 Classroom and PLA spaces to level 1 of Block A

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence with and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
