Redbank Plains SHS - Hall Roof Replacement (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Hall Roof Replacement at Redbank Plains State High School, located at 136 Willow Rd, Redbank Plains QLD 4301, as part of the Rectification and Reinstatement (RNR) program.

The scope includes demolition of the existing roof, construction of the new roof and installation of big ass fans. The position of the building is within the middle of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by July 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million.

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
