QUT seeks to procure cloud-hosted, pre-packaged board management software for university-level committees that comprise QUT staff, students, visitors and external individuals.

The objective of this Invitation to Offer (ITO) is to allow QUT to receive and evaluate Offers from Respondents for the provision of Board Management Software with the intention of contracting the supply of software for the period of up to 5 years, with an initial period of 1 year, and 2 additional extension periods of 2 years each.
