Vertical Transport Maintenance Services

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) Metropolitan Region is inviting Offers for MTR-22-09 for the provision of Vertical Transport Maintenance Services.

Attention is drawn to the Standing Offer Arrangement - Conditions of Offer clause 7.3, which addresses the Offeror's responsibilities insofar as communications regarding the Invitation Process. Namely:

• The Offeror must direct any and all its enquiries to only the Contact Officer via email to: [email hidden];
• The Offeror may only rely on the information or clarification provided in writing, after release of the invitation, by the Principal; and
• Enquiries, concerning the Invitation to Offer, must not be directed to any person other than the Contact Officer

The above notice is not intended to limit or reduce the Offeror's obligations under the Standing Offer Arrangement - Conditions of Offer.
