QRP-22-127 Job Architecture Implementation – Tender Overview

Queensland Rail is seeking an experienced professional organisation with a demonstrated track record in the implementation of Job Architecture.

The successful supplier will be required to collaborate with Queensland Rail to finalise the preliminary Job Architecture developed in the Discovery and Concept phase, as well as the development and delivery of implementation and change plans, processes, and materials.

In addition, the successful supplier will assess the requirements for the integration of Capability/Competency Models with the Job Architecture and provide a report that clearly articulates findings and recommendations for this next phase.

The responses to the Statement of Work (SOW) will provide Queensland Rail with the necessary information to evaluate the respondent’s ability to meet the business requirements described in the SOW. Queensland Rail intends to select an offer that best meets the evaluation criteria and provides Queensland Rail with the most appropriate commercial outcome.

1. Ariba Sourcing, Queensland Rail’s tendering system, is the only tool that will be used for the receipt of tender submissions. Queensland Rail will not accept any hardcopy responses or responses via the Queensland Government QTenders website.
2. Refer to the attached document “Ariba Guide for Suppliers (v1,1)” for instructions on how to navigate the Ariba Sourcing System (once you have registered your interest with the Contact Officer).

Tender Response Questions in SAP Ariba Sourcing

Queensland Rail will only accept responses submitted via the SAP Ariba Sourcing System.

Please do not leave tender responses until the closing date and time, allow adequate timing to have tender responses uploaded into the system.
