Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response encompassing the services required to undertake and successfully complete the above service as detailed in the attached tender documentation.
SMCT is seeking a response for these works, by 2.00pm Monday 8th December 2025 via Buying for Victoria (Tenders Vic) website.

A MANDATORY site visit is scheduled to take place on the Tuesday 18th of November 2025 at 11am . Please meet at RECEPTION, First Floor, Clarence Reardon Centre, Springvale Botanical Cemetery. Tender briefing and site inspection contact: Maureen Cian .
Please note that failure to attend MANDATORY site visit will deem any Tender submissions void.
All questions must be submitted by 2pm Thursday 27th November 2025 and will be responded to no later than 2.00pm Wednesday 3rd December 2025 .
Note: Attached is a VPS Contract which needs to be reviewed as part of the submission process.
