Purchase and Supply of a 3D Water Phantom

The Radiation Oncology Department is seeking to procure a new 3D water phantom to support critical quality assurance (QA) processes in radiation therapy. This equipment is essential for the commissioning and re-commissioning of radiation therapy machines, as well as for conducting annual QA and major post-repair QA procedures.
