Design and Construction of Preparatory Works for Installation of Passenger Service Panel Mounted Add Value Machines (AVMs) on the PTA Network

The PTA’s Smartrider Upgrade Project involves the replacement of the existing Add Value Machines (AVMs) with newly acquired Flowbird Astreo and Galexio AVMs. There is a disparity in size between the existing and new AVMs, which requires a redesign and preparation of some sites for successful deployment of the AVMs. The PTA requires the engagement of an experienced contractor for the design and construct works associated with preparing Passenger Service Panel mounted AVM sites in readiness for the installation of the new AVMs at select PTA rail stations and bus interchanges. The scope includes all works required to prepare specified PTA Rail sites in readiness for installation of the new Flowbird Astreo and Galexio AVMs (per AVM Groundworks and Cable Specification V1.00) where new AVMs will be mounted in existing Passenger Service Panel (PSP) environments. Therefore, the project must seek external expertise with demonstrated experience in delivering construction modification and site readiness to manage this critical aspect of the project's implementation.
