Digital Systems Program - System Integrator Services Agreement - ISD-17-7038

The System Integrator will provide a team of qualified professionals who will work with TfNSW in defining, developing, implementing and bringing Digital System into service, so that TfNSW is able to achieve the Program objectives. The initial scope will be structured in two phases: 1. System Definition, which includes refining the system definition of the System, supporting TfNSW in procuring contractors for each Subsystem Package, and establishing project management, systems engineering and system assurance processes. 2. System Implementation, which includes the development, design, manufacture, installation, testing, commissioning operational and business readiness activities, to implement the Digital Systems in Deployment Stage 1. Option 1 Statement of Work 2 has been revised to support the completion of the Preliminary Design Phase. This contract has been varied to include Systems Integration.
