More Trains, More Services (MTMS) Stage 2 Signalling Detailed Design - Package 2 - IPD-19-8035B

The provision of signalling design services for Package 2 – Waterfall Stabling Facility. This engagement has since been varied as follows: signalling design for the new bogie exchange system at Mortdale Maintenance Centre; Automatic Train Protection (ATP) trackside and data design; design alterations; Independent Reviewer to comply with TfNSW Judgement of Significance (JoS) assessment; Asset Standards Authority (ASA) change impacts; Feasibility Study; Additional design and resequencing; COVID delays and disruption to the Waterfall Signalling program; Signal Sighting activities on WE28 8-Jan-2022; Impact to PINK copy circuit books CB280 and CB069K along with re-work on the CB069 removal books; Cable rack 2 not installed in WE42. This affects both Stage 9 and Signals Package; W79 & W1 Signal Install and commission (from ESI scope); 312 Points installed with temporary detection (from Stage 9 scope); Updates to the control and indication panel; and PIA delays and disruption to the Waterfall Signalling program and changes to detailed designs. Remaining Services to complete the works for Waterfall as defined under the Deed. ATP design works for ATP commissioning Waterful Yard Speed Sign Relocation Waterfall Pedestrian Crossings and Axle Counter Movement Waterfall Signalling Extra Works Post WE02 (2024) Commissioning
