Provision of Work Health and Safety Auditing services - XINSW1122

Tasks and Functional Requirements Greencap understand it will be required to provide the following services: • Perform scheduled reviews of compliance against the Contractor's Health Safety and Environment Management Plan (HSEMP), and report accordingly. Quarterly audits are proposed, but scheduled reviews may be selected based on key activities in the delivery/ construction program; • Test a sample of historical evidence/ records from the project Team to demonstrate their WHS governance and compliance to elements outlined in the HSEMP (e.g. in regards to specific elements outlined in the HSEMP); • Consider evidence from Project Team management on how they obtain assurance in regards to the implementation of their HSEMP; • Provide feedback on observations/ themes from the review to Project Team/ INSW stakeholder; • Make detailed recommendations to INSW on the status of implementation/ compliance to the HSEMP.
