Particulars
The NSW Ombudsman’s Office (the Office) has identified a number of strategic initiatives to improve internal review systems to measure and improve its interactions with customers and stakeholders. As part of achieving this outcome, the Office is looking to develop a systematic mechanism to collect feedback from people making enquiries and complaints, and NSW government agencies and community service providers that the Office oversights.
