Alexandra Hills State School Car Park

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new Car Park at Alexandra Hills State School, located at 12 Princeton Avenue, Alexandra Hills QLD 4161 as part of the School Targeted Maintenance program.

The works include demolition of the existing bitumen surface and earthworks and civil to install a new extended asphalt car park to service the school administration building. The location on the car park is off Princeton Avenue at the front of the school. All works are to be completed by 30 June 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
