Description
Tenders are invited for upgrade of the existing Zone 3 area of the Bulcock Esplanade, Caloundra redevelopment, which will include repair and maintenance of existing seawall, construction of new concrete areas, bbq’s, garden furniture and shade structures, which will ultimately link into the already completed zones.

Council reserves the right to invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the Local Govt Act 2009 [refer Clause 177 of Local Govt (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulation 2010].
