Standing Offer Arrangement - Provision of Electrical Services

INVITATION TO OFFER (ITO) FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF STANDING OFFER ARRANGEMENT (SOA): AQ 036/2023 Provision of Electrical Services

The State of Queensland acting through the Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy represented by Arts Queensland (the Principal) is issuing this SOA ITO to Suppliers, with the objective of establishing a Panel comprising of one or more Suppliers, each of which will enter into a SOA with the Principal, to provide to Electrical Services. SOA will be in place for three (3) years with 2 x 1 year extension options, to be exercised at the Principal's discretion.

The Principal is seeking companies with demonstrated experience in working on a live 24/7 government Site(s) that understand the ongoing complexities of undertaking works at cultural facilities whilst ensuring minimal disruption to the day-to-day operational needs of the tenant(s).

The final Panel will be responsible for electrical related works across the heritage-listed Queensland Cultural Centre (QCC) and Fortitude Valley properties (i.e Festival House and Judith Wright Arts Centre), the Sites.

The SOA will include a term that requires any Contract(s) formed under it to be for a value capped up to $500,000 including GST. Contracts formed under the SOA will use either the Minor Works Contract or Medium Works Contract templates available at BCM contracts templates.
