Narangba Valley State High School - Science Block Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the exisitng science block at Narangba Valley State High School, located at Harris Ave, Narangba QLD 4504 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The refurbishment works consists of 6No. science labs, 1No. science prep room, 2No. General Learning Areas and enclosure of the exisitng Outdoor Learning Area. The position of the building is at the centre of the school campus with adequate site access and working space. All works are to be completed by January 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligiable contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
