Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a Car Park at Narbethong SSS, located at 25 Salisbury St, Woolloongabba QLD 4102, as part of the Bring Forward (BFWD) program.
The scope of this project is to formalise the existing car park at Narbethong SSS. Some tree removal and fence replacement required. The position of the car park is at the rear of the school with adequate site access and working space. All works are to be completed by June 2023.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
QBCC Licensing
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project.
