Start - support individuals thinking about or ready to start a business to gain the knowledge and business skills to successfully start a new business in NSW. . Run - help NSW small businesses plan and develop their business skills and digital literacy to increase business confidence, improve resilience, and sustain jobs. . Adapt - help NSW small businesses to adapt to a changing environment and disruptions including natural disasters and regulatory changes to improve resilience and sustain jobs. . Grow - promote strategic business planning, innovation, productivity, and automation through specialised advice to increase profits and create new jobs.
