The department currently has four different Commvault license agreements procured via different resellers and with different expiry dates on support. A consolidated all these into a single new multi-year agreement for their subscription service Commvault Complete to cover all required functionality and capacity at a substantially discounted cost compared to renewing existing support agreements. The total cost for 2 years Commvault license agreement is $636,804.00.
