Managing Contractor for Repairs and Asset Maintenance Program

The Harbour Trust seeks a Managing Contractor for the Repairs and Asset Maintenance Program to:

(A)complete an Asset Condition Audit (the Audit) in a structured way to include all Fixed Plant and Equipment (FP&E), building fabric, grounds and reticulated infrastructure within the Harbour Trust precincts;

(B)provide the Advisory Services, including reviewing and updating the Harbour Trust's Strategic Asset Maintenance Plan and associated Asset Maintenance Plans; and

(C)to deliver the repair and maintenance works identified during the Advisory Services and in the updated Strategic Asset Maintenance Plan and associated Asset Maintenance Plans, in accordance with the Statement of Requirement.

The RFT is intended to establish a contract for a Managing Contractor to:

(A)complete the Asset Condition Audit;

(B)provide the Advisory Services to the Harbour Trust; and

(C)engage Trade Contractors to undertake and deliver the Works the subject of the Repairs and Asset Maintenance Program.
