This notice is related Rouse Hill Hospital – Early Works (EW) Site Location: Corner of Commercial Road and Windsor Road, Rouse Hill, NSW 2150. Rouse Hill Hospital will deliver the following clinical and non-clinical services, including (but not limited to): An emergency department and primacy access clinicComprehensive birthing services including birthing rooms and a maternity inpatient unitIn-patient beds and day surgery servicesShort stay medical assessment servicesPathology, pharmacy, and medical imaging servicesVirtual care and hospital in the home servicesPrehabilitation, rehabilitation, and lifestyle medicineOutpatient and ambulatory care services including paediatrics, renal dialysis and antenatal and postnatal servicesAdministration, staff support and back of house servicesMulti-storey carpark and roadworks The contractor scope will include the following works including (without limitation): Construction of a 11-storey hospital buildingConstruction of a 10-storey car park and on-grade parkingUpgrade of Commercial Road/ main hospital access road intersectionHard and soft landscaping works. The Main Works delivery will be preceded by an Early Works package.
