Business Analyst Services (CUAICTS2021)

To support the efficient execution of a growing program of work, the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the provision of Business Analyst Services. This contract will supplement internal capability, ensuring DPIRD can scale resources rapidly to deliver complex, time-critical, and high-value ICT projects aligned with strategic business needs. This contract aims to: enhance delivery capacity and improve service outcomes across multiple portfolios;maintain business continuity by mitigating knowledge loss risk; andensure project delivery is in line with approved governance, budget, and ICT planning processes. DPIRD seeks to establish a flexible and cost-effective arrangement that enables the efficient mobilisation of business analyst expertise, when and where it is needed.
