Victora Point State School Preschool Refurbishment Block G Refurbishment and Modular Demolition (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of the existing Preschool and Block G Buildings in addition to the demolition of an existing modular building at Victoria Point State School, located on School Road, Victoria Point QLD 4165.

The scope comprises of the demolition of one (1) modular building, minor external works and the internal refurbishment of the existing Preschool and Block G buildings, including but not limited to new finishes, joinery, electrical and painting throughout. All works are to be complete by January 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
