Saunders Beach and Bushland Beach Floating Walkways 2015

The Queensland Government is seeking tenders for the design & construction of floating walkways at Saunders Beach and Bushland Beach. The scope of works for this contract includes:

Saunders Beach (Part A):

1. Design floating walkway

2. Prepare constructions drawings and design report for floating walkway

3. Supply and install floating walkway piling including polyethylene sleeves

4. Supply and install floating walkway modules and associated components

5. Earthworks to widen the existing boat ramp; to prepare a base support for the floating walkway

6. Construct a concrete abutment and support lane using an unchevronned reinforced concrete slab and precast concrete planks

7. Construct stone pitched shoulders

8. Prepare handover documents

Bushland Beach (Stoney Creek)(Part B):

1. Design floating walkway

2. Prepare constructions drawings and design report for floating walkway

3. Supply and install floating walkway piling including polyethylene sleeves

4. Supply and install floating walkway modules and associated components

5. Earthworks to widen the existing boat ramp; to provide a new ramp lane

6. Construct a concrete ramp lane using an unchevronned reinforced concrete slab and precast concrete planks

7. Construct stone pitched shoulders

8. Prepare handover documents
