This Invitation to Offer is for the provision of a Contractor to either design and build a vessel for the Moreton Bay Environmental Education Centre (MBEEC), based off the technical specification provided by DETE’s Consultant, or to supply a new vessel to the Department and make the necessary modifications to the vessel to align with the technical specification contained within the tender documentation. A design concept is provided in Attachment A for guidance only.
