There are a number of buildings at the Port of Mackay which are considered to have either reached, or are nearing, the end of their economic life. NQBP has determined that by demolishing these buildings there is an opportunity to optimise the land?s use for laydown or future port development purposes. There is also a significant amount of recycled timber involved in the Works which NQBP is seeking a price for.
