Soffit Recladding - Parliament House

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the Soffit Recladding of the Colonnade of Queensland Parliament House, located at cnr George and Alice Streets, Brisbane.

Depending on requirements these services include:

• Complete a survey of existing cladding locations
• Comprehensive review of the existing sub framing and prepare a wind load assessment
• Undertake all necessary designs and certifications
• Replace existing latitudinal framing and connections
• Procure and install access hatches within the ceiling cladding
• Procure and install of lighting fixtures and other mechanical requirements
• Removal and rectification of existing mechanical services within the ceiling void
