Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment and reconfiguration of a number of spaces at the Queensland Academy of Creative Industries (QACI), located at 61 Musk Avenue Kelvin Grove QLD 4059 as part of the capital works EMR program.
The project involves the conversion of a classroom on Level 5 into a fully functional science lab, the refurbishment and reconfiguration of various existing spaces on level 3 to create 2 general learning classrooms, a dance studio, a design technology room and purpose built green room. The contract is a medium works (with design responsibility) contract. Site access is very restricted and site logistics will be challenging. All works are to be completed by 25 January 2019
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence, 3rd part Quality Assurance and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
