Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of GLA spaces to Block B at Algester State School, located at 31 Endiandra Street, Algester, QLD 4115 as part of the school infrastructure enhancement programme (SIEP).
The works consists of ACM removal and refurbishment to four GLA spaces including new layout, operable walls, joinery and finishes upgrade. All works to be completed by 23rd November 2018.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
