Video Conferencing Equipment

Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) is seeking Proposals from Suppliers for a Preferred Supplier Panel for Video Conferencing Equipment and Installation Services. This activity is not to procure anything, it is to identify Suppliers for QCS to engage when required.

The Supplier must supply audio-visual, videoconferencing, and any other related equipment as specified by the Customer. This includes but is not limited to:

• Audio equipment, including microphones, amplifiers and speakers
• Video conference equipment, including codecs, presentation devices, and cameras
• Video replay equipment
• Video conferencing cloud hosted software
• Video and audio processing equipment
• Networking equipment
• Recording servers and supporting equipment
• Audio, video, control, and network cabling
• Mechanical equipment, such as rack shelves, equipment racks, lacing bars, Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) mounts, etc.
• Associated allied technology, such as power distribution units.
• Consumer Products such as webcams, headsets and portable audio devices.

QCS may also require a Concierge Service which would:

Be an onsite resource that is employed by the Supplier for both proactive and reactive support and maintenance. The resource would be required but not limited to, providing triage and support for all QCS Video Conferencing and associated equipment at all external locations plus setup, man and provide support for an Incident Command Room in the case of an emergency, set up a location, man and provide support with Video Conferencing and associated equipment for media and pop-up events required by QCS and any other associated activity as required.
