The scope of this RFQ encompasses the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide design, curatorial, and exhibition management services for the successful delivery of the 2026 SHAPE exhibition. The exhibition will showcase a selection of outstanding major projects from the subject areas of Design and Technology, Industrial Technology, and Textiles and Design, which were undertaken and submitted by 2025 Higher School Certificate (HSC) students in New South Wales. A total of up to 55 major projects will be presented as part of the exhibition, comprising approximately 40 physical projects and 15 multimedia-based projects. These projects vary considerably in terms of size, materials, portability, and fragility, and must be managed, transported, and installed with appropriate handling procedures to mitigate the risk of damage. The SHAPE exhibition is scheduled to be delivered at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Broadway campus. The exhibition will be open to the public from 16 March to 11 April 2026 (inclusive). Bump-in is scheduled to occur from 12 to 15 March 2026, and bump-out is scheduled from 5pm on 11 April to 12 pm on 13 April 2026.
