Technical Services to deliver the following scope of works: • Analysing data from Precinct businesses • Identifying: o PPA options, including potential tariffs; and o Snowy Mountains VPP microgrid solution with community BESS, including potential tariffs • Developing documentation for market sounding and phase two market process such as minimum contract terms • Assistance with identifying and confirming planning pathway including required approvals or exemptions • Assistance developing funding applications • Development and provision of information and updates for project stakeholders, customer consultation group/s and project working group/s Stage 1a will be open to any business within the Snowy Mountains that would like to participate in a the microgrid VPP project, as well as aggregate demand for a PPA Stage 1b will be focused on aggregating a number of medium to large electricity consumers that can commit to a long term contract for renewable energy via a PPA.
