Particulars
Enabling Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development’s (DPIRD) Biosecurity & Food Safety (BFS) branch to evaluate the feasibility and suitability of Salesforce as a platform for our organisation’s public sector needs. Developing a Proof of Concept (PoC) that demonstrates the capabilities of Salesforce’s Core Public Sector Solution Modules in supporting licensing, permitting, compliance, and case management functions. The PoC aims to validate the platform’s ability to meet our organization’s functional and non-functional requirements with minimal customization.
