A development partner to lead the development of the Superlot at Bradfield City Centre. The WPCA has recently completed a Final Business Case, financial feasibility modelling and concept design that examined a range of land tenure models (e.g. leasehold, freehold) and reference designs for the Superlot. Engaging the private sector to deliver the Superlot is part of WPCA’s broader transition from government-funded initiatives aimed at kick-starting Bradfield City Centre to commercially viable investments that involve the market.
