The Department requests the services of a suitably qualified consultant who will work in conjunction with an independent qualified quantity surveyor with previous athletics track development experience. The consultant sought will be required to undertake a feasibility study addressing the following:
1) The possible location of a secondary temporary athletics track to support the bid
2) Development costs associated with developing this temporary track and ancillary facilities;
3) The feasibility of undertaking the development of a temporary track versus the re-development of an existing track; and
4) Identification of the opportunities for location of the temporary track post the event (event legacy).
