Please obtain key to enter property from Armadale Office - 1/42 Commerce Av Armadale, (8.30-4.00pm) key must be returned by 4pm the same day, no weekend access available. Please include with Tender: ABN, Builders Registration Number, Legal trading name, Current Public Liability and Workers Compensation certificates, references of prior work
