Provision of Audience Research

The Western Australian Museum (WAM) and the Art Gallery of Western Australia (AGWA) (the Customers) are seeking the Services of a qualified Contractor to provide audience research services.

Each Customer requires market research that provides comprehensive insight and research into existing and potential audiences, brand health, and the social and cultural impact of the services delivered by each Customer. This research will be used to inform the service provision of each Customer and drive stronger strategic outcomes and decision making.

The Services required are divided into four research objectives:

• Understanding market, brand benchmarking and tracking
• Implementing a segmentation model
• Establishing visitor experience insights
• Measuring social and cultural impact

The Services are required for the following locations:

• WA Museum Boola Bardip, Perth
• WA Shipwrecks Museum, Fremantle
• WA Maritime Museum, Fremantle
• Museum of Geraldton
• Museum of the Great Southern, Albany
• Museum of the Goldfields, Kalgoorlie-Boulder
• Gwoonwardu Mia – Gascoyne Aboriginal Heritage and Cultural Centre, Carnarvon
• The Art Gallery of Western Australia, Perth

Respondents may submit an Offer for one or both Customers.

Each Customer will establish a Customer Contract with one (1) Contractor. The Customers reserve the right to award each Customer Contract to the same Contractor or to separate Contractors.
