Description
The ATO invites Tenders for Negotiation Training Services for its Debt Collection Staff, comprising:
1.The provision of an innovative training program on negotiation for debt collection.
2.Delivery of a train the trainer program to ATO internal facilitators to deliver the program in-house.
3.Provision of program material for the ATO staff to deliver the program.
4.Consultation and project management.
5.Provision of a self paced e-learning solution that supplements the training program.
In addition to Tenders for all Services (1 to 5), the ATO will consider part Tenders for Services 1 to 4 only.
