2012 Activity Based Funding (ABF) and Casemix Conference, August 2012.

The Independent Hospital Pricing Authority (IHPA) is seeking to engage a Professional Conference Organiser who will, in consultation with the Authority and Conference Steering Committee, coordinate the Conference planned for August 2012.

Services required include:

•manage the Conference in accordance with relevant best practice, including any Commonwealth and Industry standards and guidelines;

•fulfill all requirements and deliverables of the contract;

•comply with specified timelines and action plans;

•be within the allocated budget;

•manage the conference in accordance with the principles of risk management;

•promote the event to the widest possible health industry audience; and

•manage the whole process in consultation with the Conference Steering Committee and Project Officer
