Description
The Department of Social Services provides a Free Translating Service for people settling permanently in Australia. The service allows eligible applicants to have up to ten (10) documents translated into English during their initial two (2) year settlement period.
The Department of Social Services is seeking a suitably qualified organisation to:
- provide a technology platform for receiving and managing translation requests online;
- provide public facing information on the Free Translating Service, applicant eligibility and how to lodge applications;
- provide and manage a Free Translating Service helpdesk and all applicant enquiries related to the service; and
- process the translations.
