Expression of Interest for approximately 2,100m2 of A grade office accommodation in Canberra.

The GRDC seeks an outcome that will deliver an ecomomically viable accommodation solution which meets its requirements, and above all is committed to ensuring a value for money outcome is achieved.

The intention of this REOI process is to identify a shortlist of Propents who will be invited to respond to a second stage request for porposal and evaluation process.

EOI's should be based on office accommodation within a radius of some 8 kilometres of Australian Parliament House, with a preference for the established commercial areas within Civic, inner North and inner South Canberra, Deakin, Woden and the Canberra airport.

The GRDC's preference is for office accommodation commencing from approximately October 2013 however the GRDC is flexible on the commencement date and will consider EOI's for accommodation commencing beyond this timeframe.

EOI's should be submitted by no later the 2PM AEST Friday 26 April 2013.
