Roof Membrane Replacement Stage 3

Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of the State Library of WA are seeking tenders from suitably qualified Building Companies with suitable experience of roof membrane replacements to major buildings within the CBD to undertake the Roof Membrane Replacement at the State Library of WA, Northbridge, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am on Tuesday 12th November 2013 at the North Main Entry of the State Library of WA, James St Mall, Northbridge.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenderers shall submit in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope to the below address.
