TENDERS FOR FERTILISER SUPPLY

Tenders will be received at the office of the General Manager, ForestrySA, South East Forestry Office, PO Box 162, Mount Gambier, SA 5290 (Jubilee Highway East, Mount Gambier) up until 2:00pm, Tuesday 8th August 2000, for supplying various fertiliser products to ForestrySA. A ‘Preferred Supplier List’ process will be used to establish supply agreements for various fertiliser products over the next three years (August-October, 2000 to August-October 2002 inclusive). Tenders received will be considered for: 1) inclusion on the ‘Preferred Supplier List’ or, 2) inclusion on the ‘Preferred Supplier List’ and awarded the fertiliser product supply agreement for the August-October 2000 program. ForestrySA’s annual statewide nutrition program involves application of between 2050 to 2800 tonnes of fertiliser to plantations. The August to October 2000 program will involve application of approximately 2,700 tonnes of fertiliser.
