Description
Tenders for the following project are invited from Department for Administrative and Information Services (DAIS) Prequalified Electrical General – High Voltage Cabling Trade Contractors in Category 4. The Umuwa township electrical distribution infrastructure is being upgraded and extended to supply new residential and service areas in vacant land adjacent to township. The work includes the upgrade of the township 33/11kV pole mounted step down transformer from 100kVA to 200Kva, installation of new 100kVA 11/0.4kV pad-mounted transformer station, the installation of service pillars, the underground extension of 11kV and low voltage mains, and the installation of public lights throughout the existing and new township areas. The township of Umuwa is within Anagu Pitjantjatjara Lands, located in the North West of South Australia. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified Electrical General – High Voltage Cabling Trade Contractors in Category 4 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
