Head Contractor for the Demolition of B111 and B010 – Black Mountain

CSIRO is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of demolition related services pertaining to the following:

•Compliance with the approval notice (application number WA101036) from the National Capital Authority (NCA) which authorises the undertaking of the works under governance; (refer to Attachment D – CSIRO NCA Approval),

•Preliminaries, site management and site operations as required;

•Services isolations to complete the work together with temporary services supply;

•Demolition of all elements necessary to enable construction of the new Discovery Walk project works as described within the SOR.

•All geotechnical and contamination investigations necessary to confirm the nature of the existing material and satisfy the Successful Tenderer that associated environmental risks can be mitigated during the undertaking of the works accordingly

•Management of all site operations, demolition activities necessary for completion of the works as described within the SOR.
