DFC is undertaking the re-subdivision and servicing of new services to allotments within Stage 4A. Generally, the existing ETSA Utilities overhead mains are to be upgraded by ETSA (as non-contestable works.) This tender is only for the contestable ETSA work which are highlighted on the enclosed drawings.
