Description
The Fremantle Hospital (FH), South Metropolitan Health Service requires significant external repairs and alterations to F Block, Fremantle Hospital.
The external walls require repointing and wall tie replacement to identified areas of brickwork. There are also numerous concrete repairs to be completed to window surrounds. The Lift shaft requires demolition of the existing parapet wall and concrete roof and construction of a metal-framed roof and rebuilding of the parapet wall. This is related to Separable Portion 1 (SP1).
Additionally there is a single storey brick and masonry structure to be demolished and the remaining area requires remediation. This will involve new external surfaces and associated services reinstatement and installation of a small shade canopy. This is related to Separable Portion 2 (SP2).
