South Metropolitan Health Service is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Food Technologist Consultant to provide professional advice and support in the implementation and maintenance of Fiona Stanley Hospital’s Patient Catering Service Food Safety Program and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points Plan.
Fiona Stanley Hospital is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering comprehensive health care services to adults, youth and children living in the Perth south metropolitan area. Fiona Stanley Hospital’s Patient Catering Service provides patients with a high quality, safe food service, producing approximately 780,000 main meals per year.
