The building has 5 levels; the project involves the Refurbishment of 4 office floors of the Building and the Construction of a New UPS room within part the existing Carpark of the Building.
The project also includes the Construction of a new Server room to replace existing Server room and an upgrade to the building Security system to Type A1.
This projects includes demolition of existing internal refurbishment and new building works as well as building services including Electrical, Communications, Fire and Mechanical Services to complete refurbishment works to the Australian Hydrographic Office (AHO) in Wollongong, NSW.
