Description
In general terms, the Department requires a range of transactional banking services including, but not limited to, the provision of accounts and deposit facilities, cheque and electronic payment distribution and settlement, revenue collection, purchase card facilities and related account and transaction information services.
The Department’s objectives of this tender include, but are not limited to, a strong and effective service relationship with a chosen bank; competitive fees and charges; innovative banking services that support the Agency’s current and future business processes and related banking services requirements; and achievement of the Agency’s business requirements, consistent with Australian Government policy.
Accordingly, the Department invites suitably qualified financial institutions to submit a tender for the provision of transactional banking services.
